| LandAmerica Property Inspection Services E&O insurance protects the inspector against inspection-related claims. We pay the deductible if a claim does arise, and cover the Realtor and broker for inspection-related issues. Additionally, LandAmerica Property Inspection Services manages potential and actual claims on behalf of its inspectors. Because of our high standards, training, and oversight, LandAmerica Property Inspection Services has the lowest claims rate of any major inspection company. |
